INCIDENT: Out of County - Felony Warrant Arrest
LOCATION: W. Broadway Street / L Street, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Nicholas Elliott, 55-years-old, Resident of Needles, CA
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, February 26, 2026, deputies from the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department contacted Nicholas Elliott during a traffic enforcement stop near W. Broadway Street and L Street in the City of Needles. During the stop, Elliott was found to have an outstanding, out of county, warrant for his arrest.
Elliott was subsequently arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Elliott remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with no bail, while awaiting extradition.
