* WHERE...Portions of north central and northwest Alabama, including the following counties, in north central Alabama, Cullman and Morgan. In northwest Alabama, Colbert, Franklin AL and Lawrence.
* WHEN...Until 1000 PM CST.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 708 PM CST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Cullman, Hartselle, Russellville, Moulton, Hanceville, Good Hope, Falkville, Littleville, Holly Pond, Belgreen, Baldwin, Vinemont, Baileyton, West Point, Eva, Wren, Bankhead National Forest, Landersville, Mt Hope and Hatton.
