Green Bay Police Seek to Speak to Owner of Dog in Bite Incident; 100 BLK of 12th Ave
The Green Bay Police Department is seeking to speak with the owner of a small black dog, possibly a puppy, without a collar that reportedly bit and scratched a juvenile in the 100 block of 12th Avenue on Thursday, February 26, 2026.
The incident is believed to have occurred around 5:00 p.m. The juvenile was walking north on a city sidewalk when approached by the loose dog.
We are attempting to verify the dog’s rabies vaccination status.
