1. Resisting Arrest (1229) 700 Block of South San Joaquin Street, Seaport District
Officers responded to the listed area for a welfare check. Upon officers' arrival, the suspect was acting erratically and refused to obey officers' commands. When officers attempted to detain the suspect, she pulled away, and force was used to take her into custody. ARRESTED: Elmer Orellana, 40, for resisting arrest.
