March is National Nutrition Month

The Town of Delhi wants you to know that each March, the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics recognizes National Nutrition Month® to encourage healthy food choices and active lifestyles.

Good nutrition supports heart health, strengthens immunity, improves energy levels, and helps prevent chronic disease. Small, consistent changes can make a big difference.

This month, consider:

  • Adding more fruits and vegetables to your meals

  • Choosing whole grains over refined grains

  • Drinking more water throughout the day

  • Preparing meals at home when possible

  • Staying active with regular movement

Supporting your health also supports a stronger community.

Let’s work together to build a healthier Delhi!
