2. Robbery (1020) 500 Block of South Stanislaus, Seaport District
The male victim, 55, was in the area when the suspect approached and demanded money. When the victim refused, the suspect assaulted him and took his property before fleeing. SUSPECT: Hispanic adult male.
3. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (1025) Sutter Street and Hazelton Avenue, Seaport District
A Community Service Officer was in the listed area on a report of a semi-truck illegally parked. She was having the vehicle towed and completing a parking citation when the suspect got into the truck, and drove towards her and the tow truck driver, narrowly missing them both. The suspect then hit a parked vehicle as he fled the scene. Officers later found the truck and took the driver into custody without further incidents. ARRESTED: Simon Tomanogi, 57, for assault with a deadly weapon and hit-and-run.
