1. Robbery Arrest (1402) 10400 Block of Trinity Parkway, Bear Creek District

The male victim, 32, was working at an area business when the suspect entered, grabbed store merchandise, and attempted to walk out. The victim confronted the suspect, who pushed and threatened him before fleeing. Officers located the suspect and took him into custody. While in custody, the suspect spat on an officer. ARRESTED: Donald Atkinson, 32, for robbery, false identification, possession of stolen property, and battery
on an officer.

2. Assault with a Deadly Weapon Arrest (1614) 5700 Block of Pacific Avenue, Lakeview District

The male victims, 41 and 21, were working at an area business when the suspect attacked them. The suspect struck one victim with a pole and punched the other before fleeing. Officers located the suspect who fled from them. Force was used to take him into custody. ARRESTED: Benjamin Macias Hernandez, 22, for assault with a deadly weapon, battery, and resisting arrest.

3. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (1912) 3700 Block of Portage Circle, Lakeview District

The female victim, 44, and the male victim, 44, were in the listed area when the known suspect approached and attempted to hit them with a crowbar. One of the victims attempted to pin the suspect down, but he was able to flee. No one was injured. SUSPECT: Black male adult.
