2/24 – 1:53 p.m. – Corian D. Thomas, 40 of Cahokia Heights, cited for Operation of Vehicle when Registration Suspended for Non-Insurance & Operation Uninsured Vehicle. A passenger in the vehicle, Candace M. Steward, 32 of East St. Louis, was arrested on St. Clair County traffic warrants. Incident occurred at South Jefferson Street & Commercial Street.
