Affected Roads:
- Webb Street between Sixth Avenue and Seventh Avenue
- Intersection of Seventh Avenue and Webb Street
- Webb Street between Eighth Avenue and Deal Lake Drive
- Deal Lake Drive between Kingsley Street and Webb Street
