An Adult Male was reported missing by his family after a walk he did not return from earlier this afternoon. The male, Victor Rosario, suffers from Early stage Dementia and was last seen wearing a Grey sweatshirt with blue jeans and blue sneakers. He is 69 years old and was last seen walking in the area of Monmouth Mobile Park.
