On Thursday, October 16, 2025, Ashland police officers responded to a residence in the 400 block of Berkley Woods Drive for a reported burglary. Property valued at over $2,000 was stolen during this burglary.
Subsequent to a thorough investigation, Ashland Police Investigators charged Jeremiah Wiley of Ashland, VA with Burglary, Conspiracy to Commit Burglary, Grand Larceny and Larceny of Property with the Intent to Sell. Wiley was arrested on Friday, February 27, 2026, and transported to the Pamunkey Regional Jail without incident.
