LOCATION: W Needles Hwy / Q Street, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Gabriel Russell, 36-years-old, Resident of Mohave Valley, AZ
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On Saturday, February 28, 2026, at approximately 11:30 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department made contact with Gabriel Russell during a traffic enforcement stop near W Needles Hwy and Q Street in the City of Needles.
During the stop, Russell was found to have an outstanding felony warrant. Russell was consequently arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Russell remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with no bail, awaiting a court hearing.
