Activity for March 2, 2026:
- Officer Beekel responded to the 1600 block of Lansing Avenue for a warrant arrest. A 28-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
- Officer Marcum and Officer Vernier located a wanted subject in the 300 block of Steward Avenue. A 50-year-old female was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
- Officer Vernier was dispatched to the 900 block of North Blackstone Street for a threats report. A 15-year-old male was lodged at JCYC on an outstanding juvenile warrant.
- Officer Elston visited with students at St. Mary’s Elementary School.
- Officer Mills conducted a traffic stop at West Ganson Street and North Brown Street. The 42-year-old male driver was arrested for possession of narcotics, and conditional bond violation.
- Officer Soloman conducted a traffic stop near Page Avenue and WG Wade Drive. Officer Schram and K9 Taz responded to the location; K9 Taz alerted on the vehicle and narcotics were located. A 32-year-old female was arrested for possession of narcotics, and conditional bond violation. Charges will be sought on a 30-year-old male for possessing narcotics, pending lab results.
