Detention Leads to Drug and Unlawful Possession of Pepper Spray Arrest
San Mateo, CA – On March 2, 2026, at 10:31 p.m., an officer with the San Mateo Police Department was patrolling the area of Concar Drive and Pacific Boulevard when two adults were observed in violation of a city smoking ordinance. The individuals were detained for further investigation.
