* WHERE...Portions of southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Athens, Gallia, Jackson, Meigs, Vinton and Washington and West Virginia, including the following counties, Jackson, Mason, Pleasants, Wirt and Wood.
* WHEN...Until 130 PM EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 138 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain across the warned area. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
