* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...Whitewater River at Brookville.

* WHEN...From early this morning to early Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Lowland flooding can be expected near Cedar Grove and New Trenton, with lowland flooding also occurring in West Harrison, Indiana and Harrison, Ohio.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:45 AM EST Wednesday the stage was 15.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.8 feet this morning. - Action stage is 14.0 feet. - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.

* AFFECTED AREAS: DEARBORN, IN ... FRANKLIN, IN ... HAMILTON, OH
