Activity for March 3, 2026:
- Officers responded to the 1200 block of North Wisner Street for a suspicious situation.
- Officer Marcum was dispatched to the 200 block of North East Avenue for a disorderly subject. Charges will be sought on a 45-year-old female for possessing narcotics, pending lab results.
- Officer Elston and Officer Goings responded to the 100 block of West Washington Avenue for a subject violating a personal protection order. A 74-year-old male was arrested for conditional bond violation, and violating a personal protection order.
- Officer Marcum was dispatched to the 100 block of Bates Street for a threats report.
- Officers visited multiple schools and read to students for National Reading Month.
- Officer Mills conducted a traffic stop near West Washington Avenue and First Street. Officer Schram and K9 Taz responded, and K9 Taz alerted on the vehicle which led to the discovery of narcotics. A 19-year-old male was arrested for possession of narcotics. A 27-year-old male was arrested on multiple outstanding felony warrants.
- Officers responded to the 1400 block of East Michigan Avenue for a disorderly subject. A 59-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding felony warrant.
