* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Some new developments downstream of Brookville experience basement flooding, while flooding of low areas continues along the river in New Trenton and Cedar Grove, Indiana, as well as West Harrison, Indiana and Harrison, Ohio.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:45 AM EST Wednesday the stage was 17.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall, remaining below flood stage. - Action stage is 14.0 feet. - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.

* AFFECTED AREAS: DEARBORN, IN ... FRANKLIN, IN ... HAMILTON, OH
