Folsom Police requests your assistance locating an at-risk elderly missing person last known location at the American River Bike trail north of the Rainbow Bridge at approximately 8am. Missing person is Richard Partlow white male, 70 years of age, at risk due to eye sight, 5'10, 170 lbs, unknown color top, unk colored jeans, white tennis shoes, usually carries a black Jansport backpack.
