* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following counties, in east central Indiana, Union. In southeast Indiana, Dearborn, Franklin and Ripley.
* WHEN...Until midnight EST tonight.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 730 PM EST, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 0.75 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Batesville, Brookville, Osgood, West College Corner, Oldenburg, Lake Santee, Salem, Blooming Grove, Sunman, Metamora, St. Leon, Napoleon, Cedar Grove, Mount Carmel, Saint Peter, Interstate 74 at State Route 101, Penntown, Lawrenceville, Peppertown and Huntersville.
