* IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Campground and recreational areas flood in the Cedar Grove and New Trenton areas in southern Franklin County.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:45 AM EST Thursday the stage was 13.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 14.3 feet this afternoon. - Action stage is 14.0 feet. - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.

* AFFECTED AREAS: DEARBORN, IN ... FRANKLIN, IN ... HAMILTON, OH
