Wilmington Police have arrested a man in connection to a robbery incident.
On February 27th at approximately 7:44 a.m., members of the Uniformed Services Division received a call in reference to a robbery and assault that had occurred in the 1100 block of Clifford Brown Walk. Officers conducted an area canvass and located a subject matching the description in the same block. Officers made contact with 35-year-old Terrence Neely and took him into custody without incident, also recovering the property that had been stolen from the victim.
Neely has been charged with the following offenses:
- Robbery (Second Degree)
- Assault (Third Degree)
He was arraigned in the New Castle County Court of Common Pleas and committed to the Howard R. Young Correctional Institution on $7,000 cash-only bail.
