Martin St. will be closed today from S. Main to Estep for utility work from 9 to 4. Thru traffic will be detoured around on Armstrong. To access parking for Konocti View Optometry and Soper Reese, please use Forbes off Armstrong. To access parking to the Fairgrounds please use the C St. entrance off S. Main.
