The City of Carmi would like to ask everyone not to flush baby wipes, adult wipes, shop towels, paper towels, etc.
We have noticed over the last few months a large increase of these products in the sewer lines. These products can create blockages which may be costly to the home owner and the City of Carmi to clear from the sewer system.
The City of Carmi appreciates your cooperation in this matter.
