* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...Whitewater River at Brookville.

* WHEN...Until Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Lowland flooding can be expected near Cedar Grove and New Trenton, with lowland flooding also occurring in West Harrison, Indiana and Harrison, Ohio.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:45 AM EST Thursday the stage was 15.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall, receding below the 14 foot action stage by midnight tonight. It will continue falling through the weekend. - Action stage is 14.0 feet. - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.

* AFFECTED AREAS: DEARBORN, IN ... FRANKLIN, IN ... HAMILTON, OH
