* WHERE...The following counties, in southeast Indiana, Dearborn, Franklin and Ripley.
* WHEN...Until 630 PM EST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 125 PM EST, local law enforcement reported minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Batesville, Brookville, Osgood, Oldenburg, Sunman, St. Leon, Napoleon, Cedar Grove, Mount Carmel, Interstate 74 at State Route 101, Penntown, Lawrenceville, Saint Peter, New Alsace, Huntersville, Ballstown, New Trenton, Sharptown, Rockdale and Otter Village.
