* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by rain and snowmelt is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of northeast New Jersey, including the following counties, Bergen, Essex, Passaic and Union.
* WHEN...Until 215 AM EST.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Overflowing in poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1117 PM EST, Rain and snowmelt is causing minor flooding, mainly urban and possibly small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas may have already caused minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1.2 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.2 to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain can result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
