* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1117 PM EST, Rain and snowmelt is causing minor flooding, mainly urban and possibly small stream flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas may have already caused minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1.2 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.2 to 0.5 inches are expected over the area.
