* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... Eastern Harper County in south central Kansas... Southwestern Sumner County in south central Kansas...

* Until 1215 AM CST.

* At 1114 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles east of Manchester, or 10 miles southeast of Anthony, moving northeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include... Caldwell, Argonia, Mayfield, Milan, Bluff City, Danville, Freeport, Perth, and Runnymede. This includes Interstate 35 near Mile Marker 16.

* AFFECTED AREAS: HARPER, KS ... SUMNER, KS
