Wilmington Police have arrested three male juveniles in connection to a burglary incident.
On March 4th at approximately 5:28 p.m., a member of the Uniformed Services Division was flagged down in the 400 block of North Jefferson Street in reference to a burglary in progress. Officers conducted a search of the residence and located three juvenile males in possession of property taken from the residence. All three juveniles were taken into custody without incident.
The 13-year-old male juvenile has been charged with the following offenses:
- Burglary (Third Degree)
- Theft Under $1,500
- Criminal Mischief Under $1,000
He was arraigned in the Justice of the Peace Court 11 and committed to the New Castle County Detention Center on $4,500 secured bail.
The 14-year-old male juvenile, who was found to be wanted on an unrelated matter, has been charged with the following offenses in addition to his outstanding charges:
- Burglary (Third Degree)
- Theft Under $1,500
- Criminal Mischief Under $1,000
He was arraigned in the Justice of the Peace Court 11 and committed to the New Castle County Detention Center on $4,500 secured bail.
The 12-year-old male juvenile, who was also found to be wanted on an unrelated matter, has been charged with the following offenses in addition to his outstanding charges:
