The Town of Delhi wants you to know that the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) announced a statewide ban on residential brush burning due to the increased risk of wildfires. The annual burn ban is in effect from March 16 through May 14.
The DEC has been enforcing this two-month ban since 2009 to help prevent wildfires and protect communities.
