NOTICE OF ROAD CLOSURE

Effective Date/Time: Commencing Monday, March 9, 2026 and Until Further Notice
(Daily – Mon-Fri, 7:30am and 5:30pm)
Affected Areas: 3700-4000 Blocks of Fir Street, East Chicago, IN
City of East Chicago Water Department - This notice is to inform you that the roadways and blocks referenced above will be temporarily closed and/or limited to vehicular traffic due to water service replacement work being performed by the East Chicago Water Department within the surrounding areas.
Upon completion of the work, the roadway will be reopened to vehicular traffic. Updates will be provided should additional areas be affected or if there are any changes related to these temporary road closures.
