* At 427 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Tula, or 10 miles southeast of Oxford, moving east at 40 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
* Locations impacted include... Pontotoc, Trace State Park, Ecru, Randolph, Troy, Tula, Furrs, Denmark, Thaxton, Algoma, Toccopola, Hortontown, Esperanza, Endville, Cherry Creek, Chiwapa, Pannell, Delay, Rough Edge, and Wallfield.
