Wilmington Police have arrested a Philadelphia man on a gun charge.
On March 5th at approximately 12:05 p.m., members of the Uniformed Services Division responded to the 800 block of West 4th Street in reference to a person with a gun. Upon arrival, officers made contact with 34-year-old Terrell Moore. Officers recovered a loaded .380 caliber handgun from Moore’s vehicle. Moore was taken into custody without incident.
Moore has been charged with the following offense:
- Carrying a Concealed Deadly Weapon
He was arraigned in the Justice of the Peace Court 11 and was released pending further proceedings.
