Free event for any customer signed up for refuse services with the City of Corcoran. Must be current on city refuse bill. All participants must present photo ID that matches City bill to obtain a voucher at City Hall 832 Whitley Ave. (Vouchers available starting Monday, March 30th) Only 1 voucher per household.
