Klondike Highway Late Opening Tomorrow (Wed. March 11th)

Canadian DOT will be performing avalanche mitigation with use of explosives tomorrow morning (Wednesday, March 11th). Due to this, the Klondike Highway will have a delay in opening. The current timetable is likely sometime after 11am Alaskan time, but there is no guarantee - when news is heard from DOT, Skagway Police Department will issue notice via NIXLE and Facebook groups.
