* WHERE...Portions of central, south central, southwest, and west central Michigan, including the following counties, in central Michigan, Gratiot and Montcalm. In south central Michigan, Clinton and Ionia. In southwest Michigan, Allegan, Barry, Kent and Ottawa. In west central Michigan, Muskegon.

* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.

* IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
