Due to a powerr outage in the Gerstle Park Neighborhood, the traffic signals are not working at the intersection of D Street and Bayview Street. Intersections where the traffic signals are not working are to be treated as a stop sign. Vehicle traffic is required to stop and check for hazards, other traffic, and pedestrians before proceeding, it is the law. PG&E is working to restore electrical power but there is not estimate as to when the power will be restored to the neighborhood. Go to PG&E's website to receive updates.
