Beginning 3/16/26 there will be construction to replace the water lines on North 13th Ave between Brooks Blvd and Dukes Pkwy. 
A construction project to replace the water lines on North 13th Ave between Brooks Blvd and Dukes Pkwy will be commencing.
The project is scheduled to begin on or about 3/16/2026, creating traffic delays and detours on North 13th Avenue. The first phase begininig 3/16/26 will take place during the day between Dukes Pkwy. and Bleecher Street. There will be a detour diverting traffic to North 10th Ave.
Additional work will be completed at night and during school breaks as to not significantly disrupt the school.
The work is scheduled to take approximately 6 to 8 weeks to complete.
For school drop off and pick up, vehicles will have to utilize North 10th Ave and Bleecher St to access N 13th Ave and ABIS to and from the North.
Please drive safely through the area and follow posted detours.
