* Locations impacted include... Bellefontaine, Urbana, Kenton, Ada, St. Paris, West Liberty, Mechanicsburg, North Lewisburg, Forest, Russells Point, De Graff, Lakeview, Dunkirk, Alger, Belle Center, West Mansfield, Chippewa Park, Northwood, Blanchard, and Roundhead.
