1. Person Stabbed (1738) 100 Block of South American Street, Civic District
The male victim, 30, was walking in the listed area when the suspect approached him from behind and stabbed him with a sharp object. The victim declined medical treatment for a non-life-threatening injury. SUSPECT: Unknown race male adult.
2. Weapon Arrest (1933) Washington Street and Sinclair Avenue, Park District
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop in the listed area. Officers searched the vehicle and found a firearm. The driver was taken into custody without incident. ARRESTED: Andrew Ford, 21, for warrants, false identification to an officer, and weapon charges.
3. Resisting Arrest (2327) 2700 Block of Sea Bird Way, Bear Creek District
Officers responded to the listed area on the report of an armed suspect making threats. The suspect refused to obey commands, and force was used to take him into custody. The suspect was treated at an area hospital for minor injuries. ARRESTED: Wayne Brooks, 29, for DUI and resisting arrest.
4. Robbery (0143) Fremont Street and Harrison Street, Seaport District
The male victim, 25, was riding his bicycle in the listed area when the suspects assaulted him and took his property before fleeing the area. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries. SUSPECTS: Two White male adults and one Black male adult.
5. Resisting Arrest (0300) Scooter Way and Christopher Court, Valley Oak District
Officers responded to the call location and arrested the suspect for brandishing a firearm. While the suspect was in the back of a patrol vehicle, he began to slam his head against the Plexiglass window and make suicidal statements. Officers place the suspect in a SAFE wrap device to prevent him from injuring himself and damaging the patrol vehicle. ARRESTED: Michael Boyd, 37, for brandishing a firearm and resisting arrest.
