Bushkill Township, in partnership with Jacobsburg Environmental Education Center, will be closing Gold Mill Road tonight at 5:30pm - sunrise to support local wildlife. As salamanders and frogs attempt to cross the road to locate their breeding grounds, the likelihood of being struck by cars increases. Scientists and volunteers will help these vulnerable species cross the road while collecting data to increase knowledge of local wildlife and contribute to state-wide conservation efforts!
