The National Weather Service is reporting a line of strong thunderstorms moving through the region this afternoon.

At 1:10 PM CDT, Doppler radar detected a line of storms stretching from Cut and Shoot to Riverside, moving northeast at approximately 35 MPH.

⛈ Storm Timing:
Expected to impact the area through approximately 2:15 PM CDT

⚠️ Hazards:
• Wind gusts up to 40 MPH
• Frequent cloud-to-ground lightning

• Tree limbs may be knocked down
• Unsecured outdoor objects could be blown around
• Dangerous lightning conditions
