* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Fayette, Franklin and Union and the following counties, in Ohio, Butler and Preble.
* WHEN...Until 630 PM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 320 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Oxford, Connersville, Eaton, Batesville, Brookville, Liberty, Camden, West Alexandria, Gratis, West College Corner, Oldenburg, Glenwood, Darrtown, Lake Santee, Salem, Waterloo, Blooming Grove, Columbia, Metamora and Bunker Hill.
