* AFFECTED AREA...In Kansas, Fire Weather Zone 103. In Missouri, Fire Weather Zones 021 and 028.
* TIMING...From noon to 9 PM CDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
* WIND...Southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts of 35 to 45 mph.
* HUMIDITY...Relative humidity values falling around 20 to 25%.
* AFFECTED AREAS: LEAVENWORTH ... CLINTON ... PLATTE
