Beginning on Thursday, March 12th at 7:00 a.m. until Thursday, March 19th at 6:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on both sides of Elm Street from #50 east to Phillip Street for service.
Beginning on Sunday, March 15th at 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on the north side of #329 State Street east of Lark Street for a move.
