Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop in the listed area. Officers conducted a probation compliance search and located a reported stolen firearm. ARRESTED: Tyerese Nhean, 20, for robbery, probation violation, and weapon charges.
3. Battery on an Officer (1524) 2300 Block of Pinetown Street, Valley Oak Street
Officers responded to the listed area on a report of a family disturbance where the suspect had assaulted and threatened to kill family members. Officers arrived and contacted the suspect, who resisted and spat on an officer. Officers used force to take the suspect into custody. ARRESTED: Edgardo Martinez, 34, for terrorist threats, elder abuse, battery on an officer, and resisting arrest.
