Rivers in Tillamook will reach Action Stage by 11pm tonight
A flood watch has been issued by the National Weather Service. The Nehalem, Wilson, Tillamook and Trask Rivers will reach Action state by 11pm tonight. All rivers will reach minor flood stage and crest at 5am Thursday morning
