* WHERE...In Indiana, Fayette, Union, and Wayne Counties. In Ohio, Franklin, Licking, Madison, Clark, Greene, Montgomery, and Preble Counties.

* WHEN...From 5 AM to 8 PM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

* AFFECTED AREAS: WAYNE ... FAYETTE ... UNION ... CLARK ... MADISON ... FRANKLIN ... LICKING ... PREBLE ... MONTGOMERY ... GREENE
