Four armed individuals were taken into custody on March 11, 2026, following a coordinated response by OPD. East End Patrol officers responded to a community call reporting armed individuals in the area of 35th Avenue and School Street.
Using FLOCK technology, patrol officers quickly identified the suspect vehicle. With assistance from the OPD helicopter ARGUS, CHP, and specialized units, the Patrol officers located the vehicle in the 9800 block of Stearns Avenue. Officers took four adult male suspects into custody and recovered four firearms from the vehicle.
